October 2019 menu:
- Grasshopper crusted prawn in tomato-chili bisque with lime, cilantro and red worm salted rim
- Winter squash salad with pumpkin-spiced crickets, cider-honey vinaigrette, fried blue cheese and bee pollen
- Slow-cooked beef tri-tip with hornet larvae tsukudani, scorpion & weaver ant sushi, and cucumber salad
- Cricket-crusted lime cheesecake with maguey worm jalapeno jam
(menu may change slightly due to ingredient availability)
Not feeling that adventurous or have a shellfish allergy? Choose the “non-bug” option for the same menu, minus the creepy crawlies. Please contact us if you need a vegetarian option.
