  • Grasshopper crusted prawn in tomato-chili bisque with lime, cilantro and red worm salted rim
  • Winter squash salad with pumpkin-spiced crickets, cider-honey vinaigrette, fried blue cheese and bee pollen
  • Slow-cooked beef tri-tip with hornet larvae tsukudani, scorpion & weaver ant sushi, and cucumber salad
  • Cricket-crusted lime cheesecake with maguey worm jalapeno jam
