Lil’ Bugs is a full hour of Early Childhood Education in the Insectarium’s classroom for children 5 or younger and their parents. Enjoy exciting programing and exploration tailored just for our youngest visitors and their parents. Each week there will be a new theme with exciting bug ambassadors to hold or touch, a short story time, games and crafts. Join us while we play to learn!
Past themes have included “Creative Camouflage”, “Food Chains: who is eating who?”, “Super Spiders” and more!
Please note that Lil’ Bugs is taking a winter time hiatus which means we won’t be running this program until further notice. While the program “hibernates” for a little while, consider checking out some of our other programing options. If you would like to participate in the program’s “metamorphosis” into something new and exciting, please take a moment to fill out our simple feedback survey.
