Past Clubs: Girls n’ Bugs Clubs

The Missoula Insectarium is launching a Bug Club just for girls who are interested in all things bugs, science and exploration. We’re looking to support and cultivate the next generation of trailblazing scientists and have a whole lot of fun while we’re at it! Throughout the course of the Girls n’ Bugs Club we’ll conduct experiments with live Bug Ambassadors, explore the world of arthropods through the lens of a microscope, prototype new inventions and much more. The camp will wrap up with a science fair style presentation of their own self-designed experiments facilitated by local women in STEM fields. This is an exciting opportunity for girls in grades K – 5 to learn, experiment and play.

Past Clubs: Creative Creatures Bug Club

Do you have a young bug enthusiast at home who loves nothing more than to look for bugs in the backyard? Do they also love to paint-draw-sketch-build-create? The Missoula Insectarium is hosting a Bug Club for kids who are interested in all things bugs, science, exploration and art. Throughout the course of the Creative Creatures Bug Club we’ll use a wide range of art projects to help us explore the world of arthropods.
