Your dinner* for the evening includes the following:

  • An amuse of bug snacks.
  • Bug-fried hot chicken slider with fermented cricket hot sauce on pupae bun, house pickles and celery root slaw.
  • Cricket-rubbed smoked beef tri-tip over patatas bravas with termite chimichurri, smoked paprika aioli and arugula machengo salad.
  • Grasshopper cookie sandwich with mint ice cream.
